What’s covered, and for how long?
Although Surfstar is dedicated to offer customers the best quality product with the most functional and aesthetical designs. Unavoidable manufacturing errors can still happen in rare cases.
Our product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period up to ONE year from the date of purchase.
If the product is defective, SURFSTAR, at its discretion(we will only need photo/video proof ) will issue refund or a new product excluding any shipping charges. Our goal is to make sure you have a great shopping experience with us!
Warranty extends to original purchaser only and is non-transferable, sales receipt and original packaging materials are required.
What’s NOT covered?
- Normal wear &Tear
- Incidental or consequential damage to personal property from, but not limited to, defective unit, improper use of normal unit, abuse, accident, or neglect, etc. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss other than for the product purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to prevent misuse of the equipment and to replace parts over the course of normal wear and tear
- Units that have been modified or repaired either by user himself/herself or others
- Improper exposure the product to the sun for extended amount of time when not using, or improper ways of storing the item caused material damages
We will accept returns on brand new, unused items within 30 days of the original purchase. This applies to both boards and accessories. Please contact us for return shipping information. The Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. We apologize but we will not be able to accept returns on items that are used, please be understanding.
